Project Overview
Operating a buffet-style hot pot restaurant in a Singaporean shopping mall presents multiple challenges: spatial constraints, strict local fire safety regulations, a hot and humid tropical climate, high-frequency usage, and the tendency for furniture to accumulate grease and become difficult to clean.
When MANLE Hot Pot was preparing to open its mall location, they sought a commercial furniture supplier with expertise in the Southeast Asian dining landscape—marking the beginning of our partnership.

Client Pain Points
When the MANLE project team approached us, their core requirements were:
Maximizing Space Utilization
Maximizing space utilization while ensuring clear, unobstructed aisles for the buffet service area;
Moisture and Rust Resistance
Furniture that is moisture- and rust-resistant, suitable for Singapore’s hot and humid environment;
Fire Safety Compliance
Upholstery fabrics that comply with Singapore’s fire safety standards for mall-based restaurants;
Limpeza e manutenção fáceis
Grease resistance and ease of cleaning, allowing staff to quickly wipe up spilled soup or broth;
Modular Design for Future Expansion
A modular design to facilitate future store replication and keep project budgets under control.
Many suppliers on the market could only offer off-the-shelf, standard tables and chairs; they were unable to provide an integrated solution that included precision cutouts for induction cookers, custom booth dimensions, and commercial-grade material specifications.
MANLE needed a direct manufacturer capable of providing comprehensive OEM/ODM services.

Solution Consultation and Custom Design
We collaborated with MANLE’s interior design team to optimize the seating layout based on the floor plan.
We customized the hot pot tables with precise cutouts for induction cookers, recommended stain-resistant and flame-retardant PU leather for the booths, and applied a rust-proof powder coating to the metal frames.
We also selected stackable dining chairs to facilitate end-of-day cleaning.
We provided material samples, structural test data, and fire-safety certifications, making iterative adjustments to dimensions until the final plan was approved and implemented.
Production, Quality Control, and Shipping
Once the designs and samples were finalized, mass production began.
Every batch underwent rigorous quality checks covering structural integrity, waterproofing, and fabric quality.
We utilized export-grade packaging and shipped the goods to Singapore via sea freight.
Throughout the production cycle, we provided regular photo updates on progress, enabling the client to schedule on-site installation effectively.
Project Implementation
Following the arrival and installation of the goods, the store’s seating capacity met expectations.
The furniture is durable enough to withstand the high foot traffic typical of a buffet restaurant, while also being easy to maintain.
This collaboration with Manle demonstrates our capability to serve dining chains in Southeast Asian shopping malls: we do more than just sell furniture—we provide comprehensive commercial furniture solutions tailored to local climates, regulations, and operational practices.
